I work from the NVS Pharmacy in Ruislip and Flora Fountain Pharmacyin Uxbridge and I offer a FREE initial consultation.

I can help with a variety of conditions but focus mainly on Smoking and addictions, establishing healthy eating habits and work and social anxiety, this means eliminating shyness and boosting confidence.

When people learn that I am a hypnotherapist they usually want to know two things:

The first of those is a Free Mind Assessment. This is a chance for you to get to know more about the way you think and to find out if changing the way you think, by using hypnosis, will help you with your problem.


There are actually 3 Mind Assessments. Each one relates to a different type of problem. There is one for smoking and addictions, one for eating habits and one for confidence. Just chose the one that is appropriate for you and fill it out, work out your score and then read up what your score means.
